This month our UPS engineers attended three training courses organised and facilitated by Riello, APC and Carter Sullivan

This month we had the pleasure of hosting Giles Davies (Senior Field Engineer) from APC by Schneider Electric at our Specialist Power offices for an extensive training day.
As part of our relationship with APC as a Select Partner, our engineers are now manufacturer trained and approved in commissioning the new online APC Easy UPS 3S range of Uninterruptible Power Supplies.
All our newest UPS engineers attended a two day course at the Riello UPS training centre in Wrexham to learn all about the fantastic Sentryum 10-40 kVA range of online Uninterruptible Power Supplies.
To ensure that only the highest level of service is delivered to all our Riello UPS customers, all our engineers attend comprehensive technical training and receive the relevant software licenses.
We are proud to be an approved Riello Sales and Service Partner with full in-house capability to supply, install and maintain the complete range of UPS from Riello.
This month, two of our UPS engineers attended a City & Guilds Battery Installation & Maintenance Course (BIMC) hosted by Carter Sullivan Learning
The City and Guilds course teaches the practical knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to safely install, replace, and maintain battery systems.
The emphasis of the course is based upon the hazards and risks associated with working on or near batteries and how to be safe and remain safe during this work.
