Specialist Power are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with local golf professional – Jack Hawksby. Jack is attached to The Millbrook Golf Club, a stunning golf club in Bedfordshire and has been a member since the age of 4.
Through the sponsorship, we have our Specialist Power branding prominently featured on all of Jack’s clothing when he plays on the PGA Europro tour.

“As a keen golfer and long-time member at The Millbrook Golf Club, I have had the pleasure to play with Jack on many occasions and Jack is something special. We wanted to help a local talent to achieve his goal of playing on the Challenge Tour.
Since turning professional in 2019 at the age of 21 after a successful amateur career, Jack has been travelling the world playing on various golf tours including the PGA Europro tour, the UK's largest and the world's most broadcast developmental golf tour.
Since it was created in 2002, the PGA EuroPro Tour has played a vital part in the early careers of some of the biggest names in golf including England’s Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton and South Africa’s Louis Oosthuizen.
Jack plays and practices his golf at the The Millbrook Golf Club in Bedfordshire and has done so since he was 4 years old. During the season Jack will play around 25 events mainly in the UK, but with some overseas travel, meaning he is rarely at home from May through to October.
The PGA EuroPro Tour provides Europe’s best up-and-coming golfers the chance to gain the necessary experience of life on tour and importantly, in front of the TV cameras. A two-hour highlights package from each event is broadcast on Sky Sports, and on 98 networks around the world reaching 500 million homes.
Offering direct access to the Challenge Tour through the final Order of Merit, PGA EuroPro Tour players will compete for a share of the prize money, but more importantly the top five golfers at the end of the season are awarded a category on the 2023 Challenge Tour.
However, Jack’s goal is to play on the elite DP World Tour which can be reached via the challenge tour order of merit. Much like football, players move up and down the leagues based on their ranking position at the end of the season.

“Our sponsorship ensures Jack can continue to compete on the Europro Tour. Without our support, Jack would be unable to meet the financial demands of life on tour. A year on the Euro Pro Tour costs around £15,000 and we are proud to be able to help Jack achieve his goals.”
