The Yuasa NPW range of high-performance batteries from Specialist Power Systems are designed for applications requiring high rate discharge, supplying up to 50% more power (Watts) for short durations when compared to conventional NP models.

Utilising the latest advanced Oxygen Recombination Technology that Yuasa have applied using their 80 years’ experience in the lead acid battery field, the NPW range produces the optimum design of Sealed Lead Acid batteries.
The Yuasa NPH range offers an excellent range of power fitment options and has long been established as the battery of choice for applications requiring an independent power source where mains may be interrupted or not available.

The NPW can be used for both cyclic and standby use where a compact and efficient power source is required, specially designed for applications requiring high rate discharge. The high-quality rechargeable sealed lead acid battery ensures that no electrolyte leakages occur from the case or terminals. This battery is almost maintenance-free with a perfectly sealed construction and the recombination of gases within the cell.
The valve regulated design of this battery is equipped with a safe low-pressure venting system, which releases excess gases and automatically reseals should there be a build-up of gas within the battery due to overcharging.
