Exide Marathon L/XL Range (14Ah-618Ah)

The Exide Marathon L/XL range of valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries from Specialist Power Systems feature electrolyte fixed in an absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology with a robust design for maximum float service life.

Available in 14–179 Ah (6V and 12V) or 220–575 Ah (2V) power offerings with a 12 year design life, Exide’s continued passion for development is reflected in the new ‘XL' part code products, which offer an increase in power rating against the traditional ‘L’ range, whilst at the same time decreasing the physical footprint of the product. This provides the advantage of even greater energy density in applications and environments where space is at a premium.

Offering a EUROBAT classification of ’12 years or longer - long life’, the Exide Marathon range brings a robust, high end specification, maintenance-free (no water refilling) for the entire service life, short recharge time and a completely recyclable choice of battery product to the standby market.
